Raekwon-Catalina

Some goodness off the Only Built 4 Cuban Linx album. Produced by Dr Dre. Definitely one of the stand out tracks but honestly the whole album is so good it must be hard to pick singles. This is a hard track though. Hopefully Rae gets those album sales up...

Jay-Z ft Alicia Keys-Empire State Of Mind (Video)

I was a little worried about this video being made, but they did an excellent job with it. It's very New York, with screen shots from everywhere in the NYC area. Black and white is very effective. Dope video.

Carmelo Anthony Sons Paul Millsap

The NBA season is (finally) just underway, and of course it didn't take long for Carmelo Anthony to posterize someone. The victim here is Paul Millsap. Paul probably should have just stepped aside after throwing that atrocious lob pass.

Lupe Fiasco-Say Something + Turnt Up

Over Drake and Timbaland's Say Something track that just got released. Lupe really kills this and he's been dropping new tracks as of late, so where is this LupEND album? Is it even still called that? Where are any of his F and F artists? Matthew Santos? Whatever. Download link below, plus another new Lupe track that came out a few days ago that's equally as fire

BET Cipher: Black Thought, Mos Def & Eminem

Last night, one of the most anticipated rap ciphers in recent rap memory went down at the BET Hip Hop Awards. Mos Def kills it, Black Thought murders it as well, and what can you say about Eminem? He spazzes the fuck out. He's got that Forever flow going. Hopefully these recent outbursts by Em are a sign of things to come on Relapse 2. We can only hope...

New Music (B.o.B, Wayne, Wale, Etc)

Above is Wayne recording a few tracks off his upcoming mixtape.

Here are a few songs that have recently been released that are all dope songs. The Wale song will NOT be on his next album, but is a really ill song. The two Wayne tracks will be on his mixtape, No Ceilings, dropping 10/31.

Game Talks About Red Album, Name Change

Game talks about his name change (dropped The, just Game now) working on the Red album, dropping 2 new singles, and possibly getting into some acting. He may be working with Dre on his next album, but like always, it will remain tight lipped and will probably leave us all disappointed. Oh well. He said this will be his hardest album.

Eminem Will Take Anyone In DJ Hero

Eminem talks about working on DJ Hero, how he has worked on his skills, and how he will take DJ Jazzy Jeff down in this game. The game drops today, and the double disc Renegade Edition will come with one Jay disc and on Eminem disc. This game looks like it's going to be amazing and I would really like to get my hands on this.

Lil Wayne-Run This Town

Damn, Lil Wayne really blacks out on this. It's good to hear for certain fans (including myself) who was starting to wonder if Wayne was falling off/losing his lyrical abilities. This will be off the No Ceilings Mixtape, dropping on Halloween. Download link below

Jared Evan-Frozen

You gotta love this kids hustle. Rap's, sings, makes beats, caught the attention of (Director) Rik Cordero and his mixtape Radio In My Head was hosted by Polow Da Don. TImbaland thought this beat was crazy, and here we now have the video for Frozen, which by the way is on the LeBron James "More Than A Game" soundtrack. That's pretty major. Congrats to Jared

Travis Barker's Slaughterhouse The One Remix

This is pretty dope. Travis Barker gives his own twist to Slaughterhouse's single "The One" There's also additionally a new guest verse from Bun B. Travis really gets into it, SH should definitely link up with Travis in the future.

Kanye West-We Were Once A Fairytale (Directed by Spike Jonze)

This is one of the most bizarre cinematic performances I've ever seen, but it's intriguing nonetheless. Spike Jonze teamed up with Kanye West to put together this 11 minute short film where Kanye walks around drunk and probably acting the way he does in real life. No words for the end of this. Totally baffled.

2 New Drake Tracks

There's another one with Gucci Mane, but he/it kind of sucks. The King Leon track has a crazy beat and Say Something is an incomplete, unfinished track that will supposedly be on Timbaland's upcoming Shock Value 2 album. There's only one verse so far but you can tell it's gonna be pretty serious

Eminem-Taking My Ball

New Eminem song that was a Relapse leftover that they're throwing on the DJ Hero soundtrack that Em is doing alongside Jay-Z. One listen can tell you why this was left off. This better not be the kind of material that will be on the next Relapse. CDQ coming soon

Buy a Dr Dre Laptop

But you probably won't, considering it costs just under $2,300. They do come with the Beats By Dre headphones and the music "sounds the way music should sound" on a computer, but I don't know how well these "limited edition" laptops are gonna sell. Read the full article courtesy of MTV here
